This property is nestled in a quiet cove. The lake is very clean and suitable for fishing, swimming, skiing and plenty of opportunities to paddle board around the lake or even yoga on the paddle board. If a quiet getaway is what you are looking for, this is the place. Can comfortably sleep 8 with 4 bedrooms. Large sized deck to enjoy the peaceful lake. Minutes away from Glendarin Hills Golf, Trine Golf Course , Belle Vista Golf Course and Coldwater Golf Course. For those wanting to explore, we are minutes away from Pokagon State Park.

We had a great weekend for our girls weekend. The house was beautiful. However, this place does not supply linen, which was fine. But we also had to go to the store to buy garbage bags and hand soap, which we were not told we needed. Every rental property we have ever been to at least provided those things.
It was a beautiful, quiet place to get away. Just be prepared to make a trip to the store for extra items that you were not told you needed.

My two year and six year old boys, my husband, and I had a great time during our three night stay here. The owners were communicative and answered a few questions I had beforehand. The neighbors were friendly and a few children staying a few houses down came by to play with them. The sand and water areas were perfect for little children as the water is fairly shallow and calm by the dock. We took the paddle boat out a few times, fished off the dock, and swam a ton. The water temp was wonderful! My family enjoyed eating dinner on the porch and it was great to have the use of the grill. The house itself was very nice and we were very comfortable. My kids want to come back next summer! I would highly recommend!

We had a nice family vacation at the Lavine Lake Cottage. The cottage was comfortable and a wonderful place to spend a few days with our daughter and her family. The only negative thing I have to say about this property is the fact that there were no bed linens, towels, face cloths or pillow cases provided. I have never rented a house without these basic essentials provided. It was noted in the description of the cottage that these things would not be provided but I feel for the price of the rental it should have been. There wasn't even any toilet paper! For this reason I would not go back to this cottage because there are plenty other alternatives to choose from.

Our group of 5 stayed for a long weekend. The lake was clean, quiet & great for swimming. Meijer wasn’t far away so we could get everything that we needed. We loved it and would stay here again.
