Posizione, pulizia, gentilezza dei proprietari, sempre disponibili. La colazione buona e varia.
La stanza semplice ma comoda. Il bagno deludente, la doccia senza cipolla (solo doccino senza gancio per appenderlo ed avere le mani libere) sanitari molto vecchi. Ma tutto estremamente pulito
