Soha nem jártam még itt, de nagyon nagyon kellemes élmény volt. A gyönyörűen feldíszített előtér, étkező, udvar gondos és szerető kezek munkája. A személyzet végtelenül kedves és segítőkész volt. Bármikor újra őket választanám

The breakfast was ok. The room was spacious and clean (on arrival - see below).
- Some staff members were not particularly friendly. We were not greeted when we arrived
- The safe was inoperable and could not be fixed on our first day. Staff had to be called twice the following day to deal with the problem.
- The biggest issue was that our room was not serviced on the last day with no explanation/excuse or apology given. Totally unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel. Not the first time this has happened to me in Hungary
