Uncomfortable and supervised

Location was nice. It’s near the port and old city.

There are too many stairs so if you have a big luggage take that into account. Another important note. The host seemed nice person but he over explained me things as if expecting I would damage something. I understand some people might do that but it is very annoying getting this super details explanations on how to turn on the light and use a bathroom etc… If you rent your property you should expect that some things might get damaged. That’s part of the business. Also privacy: in the middle of the night, in a very scary way, I was told by the host to lock the window of the balcony while it was raining and also to turn off the balcony light. I felt like I was staying free of charge to some random peoples house where I needed to strictly follow every rule like a small child. I felt constantly observed.

Lovely stay in Korcula

Perfect location on Korcula with a view of the sea/harbour from the balcony. The property is a short walking distance to the beach and close to several restaurants. We preferred this location in Korcula because it is slightly outside the busy Old Town. We also liked the privacy and security of the apartment as it is set within an enclosed private garden. Our host was also kind and helpful.

Nothing really. The room was a bit small for two adults with two large suitcases. I recommend providing a few coffee sachets for use in the room along with the kettle, at least to start off with. Sometimes it's nice just to enjoy a coffee in your own space instead of having to always go out for coffee.

Great location 5 min from bus station, 10 min from ferry terminal and old town, several supermarkets and bakeries close by. Very clean, friendly and helpful welcome. Quiet. Loved the balcony with views.

Electric kettle, fridge and 2 sets of plates, bowls, mugs etc so great for salad and cold meals but not able to heat/cook anything

We enjoyed our one-night stay.

The room was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a lovely balcony off our room. Neno was very helpful in getting us information about the ferries and allowed us to store our luggage there until we took the ferry.

The kitchen facilities were quite limited - just a small fridge and a few dishes.

The location was very central, a few hundred metres from a lovely beach, less than 5 minutes' walk into the beautiful old town with loads of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Neno was an excellent host with a wonderful manner. He was available at any time but was not intrusive. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. It had a wonderful big balcony with brilliant views of the old town, marina and the sea - great for watching the world go by. Also great view of the old town from the bedroom and kitchen windows. Definitely recommending this place to family and friends, and for a return visit.

We only stayed 2 nights and would like to have stayed longer.

Quaint Apartment good location

The apartment was large and comfortable with 2 lovely balconies to take in the great views of Korcula. Neno was very helpful and went out of his way to try and help us with everything we needed. I would recommend staying at Neno’s apartments.

Apartments Neno is FANTASTIC. The host is very sweet - he allowed us to leave our stuff on the terrace when we checked in early and got the place prepared early as well. The location is fantastic - only a 2-3 minute walk from Korcula Island port and easy to find and only 5-10 minute walk to the main part of old town of Korcula and main restaurants. As well the host was there to check us in! The 2 bedroom 2 bath was so nice for our group of 4 and so much space and so clean. For the price and value it was amazing!

Pleasant

Nice quiet location close to the bus station and a short walk to the old city. The property filled all my basic needs. Easy cancellation policy was a massive plus of my choice, bearing in mind the uncertainty with the weather & commuting to Korcula during Covid19 time.

I definitely didn't like a dusty wooden headboard behind my bed- not really great for allergic people. Double bed had 2 single mattresses.

Perfect

Great apartment in a great location. Close to the beach, bus stop, shops, center. Everything available. Perfect owner, helpful and understanding about check-in / check-out times. He explained everything we needed to explore the city / island. The view from the balcony is amazing. Practically in the center, but off the beaten track. I definitely recommend it, especially to couples. If I ever come back to the city of Korcula, I will definitely visit this apartment again. P.S. One said that wifi is crashing. Maybe sometimes, but only for couple of seconds. Everything is fine.
