The facilities were nice and clean. The baths were nice and the availability of products was great.
Things seemed a little rushed and impersonal at the start but it turned out okay later.

Safe clean well run. Free Raman every night at 9.30pm
Comfortable and a bit more Japanese than some hotels, in a good way, not allowed to wear your shoes in the hotel, this not a problem as there are free lockers in reception for them.

The hotel was clean and reasonably good location.
Takayama is extremely touristy and busy, even in quieter periods. Not really the authentic Japanese experience we were looking for.
