トイレとバスが分かれていて広く、部屋にゆとりがある。お風呂は様々な浴槽等の設えで清掃が行き届いている。朝食は個々の好みに対応してくれる品揃えでついつい余計に食べてしまうこと

駅ビルほぼ直結で福島の美味しいお土産が沢山買えて良かったです。お風呂も良いしコーヒーも飲み放題でありがたかったです。
レストラン横の竹の木の鉢が枯れててなぜ新しい苗木に植え替えないのか謎でした。ホテルを駅側に出た所も草ぼうぼうで人手が足りないのかなーと心配になりました。

郡山駅から近いし道順もわかりやすかった。スタッフも接客が丁寧で親切でした。バスルームも浴槽と洗い場が別になっているので使いやすかったです。
トイレのウォシュレットの水勢がかなり弱くてほとんど当たらなかった‥
