Great value for money and an ideal location for exploring Lake Garda.

The staff was kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed.

There was no heating in the building, and it was quite cold. Upon our request, the towel dryer in the bathroom was turned on, and we also received extra blankets. Breakfast was rather limited, probably due to the low occupancy, but the waiter kindly mentioned several times that we could ask for anything we needed.

Amazing experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a long weekend stay near Garda Lake

1) Staff was outstanding, friendly and professional; 2) room was very clean, and 3) food quality was really good

1) Room was quite warm for the season, despite having AC, 2) room refrigerator was not cooling enough, beverages were warm, 3) would have like to see more vegetables and fitness food options

AC in the rooms didn't work. The staff claimed it's because of new laws. The room was hot. I had to sleep near the window because of it. Gym is not really a gym. Treadmill didn't work, bike was old and no weights in the gym. In addition the gym was available only 3 hours during the day because it's inside rhe spa

Struttura molto accogliente, camera comoda, posizione tranquilla. La colazione molto fornita sia di dolce che di salato. Lo staff disponibili e gentile. Tornerò sicuramente. Dall'hotel facendo una bellissima passeggiata si arriva alla Rocca di Manerba da visitare assolutamente, panorama strepitoso.

La piscina interna un po'piccolina,se c'è troppa gente non puoi usufruire dei lettini.

Bell'hotel con spa,pulizia ottima,colazione abbondante,varia e di ottima qualità.

Camera doppia un pò piccola,posizione scomoda per raggiungere il lago,piscina troppo affollata e piena di bambini,x cui non ci si riesce a rilassare.

Hotel molto bello organizzato bene, personale gentilissimo è sempre sorridente. Spazi esterni curati e puliti, parcheggio comodissimo, ci è piaciuto il bar dove abbiamo fatto un aperitivo con cocktail buoni e vista piscina esterna. Bella anche la spa e la piscina coperta. Colazione buona

So gut wie gar nichts. Das einzig gute war das freundliche Personal.

Ich war 20Min. im Speisesaal zum Frühstück. Keine Kaffeetasse, keine Milch im Kaffeeautomat, keine Rühreier verfügbar. Nachfüllservice lies in allen Punkten zu wünschen übrig. Meine Frau, ihre Nichte und ich haben uns dann entschieden das Frühstück außerhalb des Hotels einzunehmen obwohl wir 3 Tage mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Angepriesene Sauna konnte aus Renovierungsgründen nicht benutzt werden. Um ehrlich zu sein von einem 4**** Hotel erwartet man einen anderen Service. Dieses Hotel verdient max. 2**.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Früstück und das Restaurant waren sehr gut, die Bar konnte da nicht mithalten. Ein großes Lob an den Koch und die gesamte Crew des Restaurants, die auch auf spezielle Wünsche eingingen. Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Rand des alten Ortskerns und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung.

Während eines starken Gewitters tropfte es durch die Decke. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Problem aber sofort behoben.

Complessivamente bella esperienza, con qualche "ma..."

La posizione e l'atmosfera sono molto belli. Al Checkout abbiamo espresso un paio di feedback sulla qualità della stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato, alcune spese extra sono poi state annullate dal Hotel: abbiamo apprezzato il gesto. In ogni caso, sconto Genius di Booking a parte, il prezzo era comunque più che ragionevole per un 4 stelle.

L'appartamento era abbastanza vetusto, nonostante ciò ci si potrebbe impegnare di più nella manutenzione. La doccia perdeva acqua nel bagno e alcuni mobiletti erano rovinati dall'umidità.

Soggiorno eccezionale

Bellissima struttura con stanza moderna, ben organizzata e pulitissima. Il bagno non grandissimo, ma molto bello, ben arredato e funzionale con bellissimo box doccia. Colazione a buffet super abbondante con prodotti di alta qualità; cena eccellente con ristorante anche esterno immerso nel verde, ottimo servizio di ristorazione e prodotti locali squisiti. Piscina esterna molto bella e ben curata, un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la spa eccezionale con favoloso idromassaggio. Inoltre la struttura dispone di un parcheggio interno molto comodo e gratuito. Personale gentilissimo, molto disponibile e cordiale.

Alles super! Preis Leistung Top!

Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ klein, aber es reicht vollkommen aus! Es war alles sauber :) Der Pool ist toll und das Frühstück war jeden Morgen lecker und ausreichend da. Das Personal ist sehr nett, viele sprechen deutsch :)

Das einzige was schade war, dass es kein Fitnessstudio gab so wie wir das auf den Bildern gesehen haben.. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur über die Rezeption an und ausschalten, was für uns nicht ganz verständlich ist - aber das sind nur kleine Dinge :) der Aufenthalt war super!

Locatie was top , een fijn ontbijt met alles erop en eraan, mooie kamers met een goede airco!

Iets te weinig kast ruimte wanneer je met meer dan twee personen op een kamer verblijft.
