Amazing ubication near the beach, and just 15 minutes by bus to Dubrovnik. The pool was clean and peaceful. The breakfast has lots of options, all so good and yummy. Also, Ana was the best!

DEFINITELY WOULDN'T STAY THERE FOR MORE THAN A NIGHT AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE. AC loud rumbling, no real blanket, had to use (NOT WASHED) bed cover instead of a blanket, bathroom light not working, shower leaking, used soap in the bathroom. CAN'T IMAGINE STAYING THERE FOR THE WHOLE VACATION!

Although location good the path does run out slightly short of the accommodation. So you briefly have to walk on a busy road. Staff advice a bit vague Several broken things for example in room 6 the shower door was almost hanging off. Nothing a little maintenance couldn't fix

Location was good. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a wide variety for every taste. Although bread was not fresh and coffee was not good, the lovely ladies prepared really nice salads, pancakes, uštipci (fried dough balls) and salty french toasts.

For a family of four we paid 926€ for four nights. Yes, it included breakfast but it doesn’t justify the price for the apartment with furniture falling off and mouldy walls and ceilings. 1. The walls and ceilings were mouldy. The shower cabin was mouldy. 2. Bathroom door handle faulty (kept falling off), foil from the only bathroom cabinet hanging off and it got glued over during the stay, shampoo holder partially broken. Cheap shampoo was provided but we had our own. No chair or place to hang the towel or clothes while showering. 3. Air conditioner blowing directly over the bed. Bed has several broken slats and a piece of wood was holding the bed together. Lots of dirt underneath the bed. After our complaint the cleaning was very good, though. One mini wardrobe in a four person apartment with a long mirror which was unusable since it is adjacent to a wall. We had to put our clothes on the table and seats. 4. Balcony space was sufficient but two of the chairs are of metal and we had to pad them with lots of towels since no seat cushions were provided. 5. I asked if there was a washing machine. Was told yes but you have to pay 20€ for a single load. No drier which was no issue for us. But 20€ for a single load felt very offensive so after complaining about the state of the apartment it was done free of charge. Ana even hanged the clothes for us which was extra nice of her. 6. We were told the owner wanted to chat to us about our complaints but in the end they didn’t. Instead we were told we had left the kitchen tap running when we went to the beach and that the water had flooded the apartment and the unit below. But we shouldn’t worry because they cleaned it up. My husband, who specialises in water damage restoration inspected the area underneath the kitchen sink and the bathroom and found absolutely no traces of water flooding. The apartment was super clean though.

The location was very accessible for both from the airport and also from the old town of Dubrovnik. The facilities were well maintained and the rooms were perfect for our stay.

I don’t believe there was any shower gel in the bathroom.

We stayed in a ground floor room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a good-sized room for a family of four. Breakfast was included in the price, but the selection was very limited.

The beds were a good size, but the pillows were very worn out, uncomfortable, uneven in size, and lumpy. For a family of four, there were only two duvets. The ground floor room was very dark with minimal natural light. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the coffee was completely undrinkable – a weak instant coffee that barely resembled the taste of real coffee. The location was good, close to a grocery store and within walking distance to the beach promenade, but crossing the road during busy hours was quite a challenge.

The only positive was when we left the room. Ana of the reception was very friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible according to the circumstances.

Nothing was ok. The room was old and dirty. Everything was broken in the room. Toilet seat was loose, the bedside table had no door. The closet was broken, there were ants in the bathroom, the smell was horrible, you could tell there was mold. The bed sheets were not replaced, the smell and hair of other people was still in it, there were stains on it. We asked for other sheets in the middle of the night. We had breakfast included, but we didn’t eat there because we were disgusted. The bed side table were also not cleaned, there were also stains and hair of other people on it. The room was also not vacuumed. The worst of all was when we call the owner and he was shouting at us and didn’t let us talk. All the things we said were not true. We checked in late because we had a terrible car accident. We called him to tell this and this is what he used against us, telling he was waiting all day for us which was totally untrue. He also said we had been calling him all day long when we called him just 1 time to tell we would be later. When his wife came on the phone, she was as rude as him and faked that the phone connection was not good and hang up the phone. Unbelievable this “Villa” had 4 stars on booking. This is scam. DONT BOOK THERE, you will be ripped.

The hosts were wonderful. Very kind, very helpful. The place is a small and cheap apartment hotel that's perfect if you have a convention to attend to in nearby Sheraton but won't spend that much to stay there. Otherwise, it's quite far from Dubrovnik, around 10-12 euros worth of Uber ride. The breakfast buffet was lovely.

Nothing much. Everything's good for the price. The bed and pillows and blankets could have been more comfy but otherwise, the rooms are very neat and clean.

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little details—like quality toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped barbeque. Everything was perfect – from the delicious breakfast to the clean and comfortable room. The place was spotless, and the attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. But what stood out most was the host – incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our entire visit. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with everything! The staff were super friendly, and even offered to help with our suitcases. The breakfast was really great, thanks! Also, it had the best parking from all the hotels we visited. We left for Dubrovnik fully energised :)

My daughter loved the bedding :) Breakfast was nice. The host is a delightful person and made sure to inquire about guests every now and then. Property is probably going through renovations, once complete some facilities like parking will get better hopefully.

The Property Address mentioned on bookings app led to the wrong place. The toilet was not clean. The apartment had a bad odour, for which we used our perfumes to get rid of the stink. The bath tub had no way to stop water.

Room was comfortable, clean, with sea view. Breakfast extraordinaire, with some tables on the terrace, viewing the sea. Location is close to the Adriatic magistral road, some 100 meters to the beach in front of Sheraton Hotel. Nice restaurant and caffes close. Large Shopping mall is very close. Garage available.

The woman at the reception was very nice.

Writing in the description that there are free parking places for ALL guests, it is not correct. 20 rooms and just 10 places for cars could be uncomfortable for the guests.

Cold eggs for breakfast. Very run down property.

Kind and friendly staff, one gentleman who told us about the history of Croatia was especially nice. Spacious rooms, balcony and big terracce for dining. Every room has air conditioner. The location was good, shopping center, restaurants, beautiful beaches and bus stop nearby.

It may have been a beautiful villa once, but now it is tired and in need of repair.The TV didn't work and when we mentioned it they said they knew and didn't come to fix it. There was no water in the pool. The coffee was not good, shower was broke etc

The room was very comfortable, breakfast really good. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them, value for money, would recommend.

The place needed a bit of work but definitely value for money.

Can improve on cleanliness, fridge had black mould and little insects in it although it was empty it was not clean.

easy to reach from the airport, lies in a nice and quiet area close to the Mlini port and beaches. No car needed to get around. Dubrovnik Old City within easy reach. Very friendly and helpful staff - made us feel really welcome.

it was a fabulous place with delicious breakfast and atmosphere, owner and staff was very friendly highly recommended.

We didnt sleep at the hotel because at the last minute we were informed that our room had mistakingly been rented out. However, the hosts still made sure we had a very pleasant stay, which we most certainly did. The guest met us on arrival and personally checked us in a nice apartment downtown. Then she came to pick us up the next morrning and drove us to the hotel, where we were allowed to spend the whole day by the pool. Really nice spot to relax close to nice beaches on the Dubrovnick Riviera

This place works best if you have a car, less so if you depend on publuc transport
