The view from the room was breathtaking, and the private pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The personnel were also very willing to help and provided whatever we asked for.
The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the breakfast was decent but nothing special for a 5-star hotel. The accommodation is also quite far from the city centre, so having a motorbike or car is necessary to get around comfortably. The bed felt quite old and uncomfortable, and the pillows were the same. In the bathroom, some metal parts were rusted.

Amazing location with wonderful view. Nice breakfast with variety of items everyday.
Facilities are so run down. Bathroom Door knob was rusty and I got hurt from touching it. TV is practically not working. The TV brand is one I never heard of and has serious memory issue so it cannot run any apps on TV. Hot tub was too dirty. They just simply do not maintain the facilities.

I like everything, facilities and the staffs, wow from the very second we arrived we’re looked after. George , Micheal and Thomas made our stay extra. Ans the upgrade was a cherry on top for my fiancé as he didn’t know nothing about it. 😊
