La vista impagabile cenare in terrazza guardando il tramonto sul mare è appagante. Gli ambienti della casa sono spaziosi e ottimo avere in casa sia la lavatrice che la lavastoviglie. Un plauso a Matteo persona assolutamente gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta
I 900 metri di distanza dal centro e dal mare, nelle giornate calde come in questo periodo senza l uso di un mezzo è un po' stancante

Apartment is located close the centre city and train station. We can reach it from Pisa easily. Pedestrian Street is On the centre of city so we can walk, eat, shopping. Beaches were nice. I recommend on the right from port, they free for many km. Apartment has enoght equipment. Everything was clean. We regret of no microwave. 🙁 Nice balcony with panoramic view on sea and islands.
Apartment is located at the highest place of city. So is was hard to reach beach, about 20 min by walk. Back way we have to climb 😁. The situation has changed after rental of car. We can park our car close of the beach. You can find free parking easily.

Der Verwalter der Wohnung ist sehr nett.
Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist großartig.
Aus unserer Sicht stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Es gibt kein WLAN, die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich sauber und ist zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig. Ein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon fehlt, die Markise bietet je nach Tageszeit keinen Schutz und lässt sich kaum wieder einfahren. Eine bessere Beschilderung, um das Apartment gut zu finden, wäre sinnvoll.
