Room size is small, but OK. Could access the WiFi, but no Internet available. Shower door needs some maintenance (Rm13). Could do with more tea/coffee sachets. No lift available.

Location, on site parking, pro-active communication from the hotel side
I encountered hair in the shower and in the sink, towels were washed but stained with brown stains, I personally wouldn't offer this to my guests if I am not longer able to properly wash it, it just doesn't look presentable for a hotel.

Staff - so welcoming and friendly.excellent value for money in all respects
Room was basic - but that is what we expected. I.e. if you want 5 star luxury this isn’t for you but an honest, client friendly basic hotel in a good location with helpful hosts and a good breakfast, with a room with exactly what you need and nothing that you don’t
