Very clean room, bed was comfy
Elevator stops in every floor so it takes quite a while to go to the lobby

Really appreciate the people that worked cleaning and bringing the milk to my room, they were very nice and polite, but I do not appreciate the people on the counter... they were kind of rude: one time the elevator was broken and me and two other girls had to take the stairs, and when I came to tell them, the guy at the counter simply said "oh yeah" the elevator just broke down... didn't apologize, didn't bother to look at me.. I don't appreciate that, I'm a paying customer and I don't know if I'm going to come back to your hotel.. also the construction noise was very annoying
I appreciate the people to cleaned up my room And brought me room service.. Like I said before, they were very polite
