The location

The kitchen facilities could have been better. No electric kettle no toaster.

The location is great for our needs, you can walk into Benitses to the many tavernas and shops, get a bus into Corfu Town. The private beach and free sunbeds are great. It's a quieter area ....tranquil infact.

People putting towels on the sunbeds early in the morning was a bit unfair.

The room has a balcony with a direct sea view, that’s what we liked most - sleeping with the sea sound, waking up with the sea view, swimming in the morning at the private beach while to locals were fishing - that is something that really made us feel special. Despite the hotel is located on the quite noisy road, you almost don’t hear the road noises, as the main windows and a balcony are located on the opposite side of the road, to the sea. Also there is a supermarket right next to the hotel, a few tavernas, which really makes the stay even more enjoyable. It’s also very close to the village centre, where you can find more nice tavernas

the rooms need to be renovated. The water in the bathroom was coming out of the shower on the floor after every shower, that was annoying

Direct access to the lovely beach. Beach beds and beach towels provided. Balcony overlooking the sea. Apartment was very basic, but clean with comfy beds and good air con.

The property gate leads straight onto the busy coast road, no pavement. Noise was not a problem though, because the bedroom was at the back (kitchen and bathroom at the front). Very basic apartment. Electric kettle but no sockets in kitchen, no cleaning materials, no shelves in the door of the fridge, dark kitchen with just 2 hot plates for cooking, no microwave, grill or oven. Minimal utensils. Showerhead faulty, wrong bracket, so have to hold showerhead. No towel rails and nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. Many empty and derelict buildings around but just a 10 min walk into centre of Benitses where there are lots of restaurants and bars.
