The room was comfortable
There was not enough coverage at the front desk. Trying to find someone to check out with was ridiculous. When I did find someone a woman who had not been there for the 25-30 minutes I had been waiting pushed by me and said she had been there earlier (in a very nasty manner) and the employee did not intervene. The woman not only asked she then struck up a conversation with the staff member although I was waiting patiently. Meanwhile my ride was waiting outside for quite a while to take me to where I had to go. It made me late and cost me money. I was very disappointed. Not sure if I will return to this hotel next time I need to stay in Jerusalem.

There was limited parking but we managed to get the last spot ( - it was for electric vehicles) and so we got to charge our car too. The rooms were really nice and the nuts and chocolates were very welcoming. Being near the Tachana was great.

The room was comfortable even if it was a bit old. Cleanings in general was good.
In general staff was not really welcoming and sometime a bit rude. Only a couple of staff were saying hello and asked how everything was. Breakfast was below the expectations with not many choices.
