We stayed at a very good four-star hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. The rooms are decorated in a charming, antique style, and there’s a stunning view of the surroundings. An ideal place for those who appreciate characterful accommodations. The pool looked lovely, although unfortunately we couldn’t use it due to the poor weather. One notable point was that the water was quite cold; it didn’t seem to be heated, which you would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was well taken care of, and the free, covered parking is a plus.

A small downside was the rather noisy ventilation in the bathroom, which thankfully only turned on when the light was switched on. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t in our favor during our stay, but of course, that’s beyond the hotel’s control. All in all, a pleasant stay in a charming setting.

The pool was fantastic but not headed (suggest via solar panels) and very cold in Maj. The staff tried thier best but service was missing. They could earn more money if they e.g. asked for orders at the pool. But they did not. Sometime towels was missing at the pool. It was not possible to eat dinner at the hotel, or they forgot to tell us so we did not know you could have snacks during the day. breakfast was average and if you asked for e.g an omelette they did actually not know how to make it. The fan at the bathroom sounded like a jet-motor. Not much water was coming out of the shower. All facilities was there to have a 5 star hotel, but the last initiatives and service and probably also money seemed to be missing

Awesome location, great staff, private car park, helped us sooo much with a small car problem we had - translation, contacting, chasing, all sorted. I visited this place 19 years ago on business and always vowed to go back - so glad I did - lovely place, views across the valley staggering ! The local restaurant La casa was very very special - architecture, food and of course the wine - barolo a speciality. Will return at our 1st opportunity

Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings. Best ever service and very good breakfast.

It is not recommended for "light" sleepers. At least in our room 208 we heard all "the bathroom stories" of our neighbours during the night and several times per night. That means not only flushing the water but all other sounds as well.

Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. The property itself is beautiful and has a great view of the surrounding area. Covered and secure parking was a plus. About a 10-15 minute drive to Barolo. I would stay here again.

This isn’t really a negative, but the property does sit on top of a hill overlooking the area. It is a few minutes to walk into town but you will have to walk back up. Luckily the wine shops I visited either delivered to the hotel or just held my cases until I departed.

My girlfriend and I just spent a a fabulous anniversary weekend at Villa Beccaris. Everything was absolutely perfect: the location, the view, the service, the staff. We will surely be back again. Highly recommended!

Un lieu à visiter une fois dans sa vie

Un magnifique hôtel, raffiné, hors du temps. Un emplacement géographique incroyable, perché sur un promontoire. Nous avons eu la chance et le plaisir de voir la chaîne des Alpes enneigée. Un spectacle à ne pas rater si la météo le permet.

Je n’ai pas trouvé le café du matin à mon goût, mais c’est un détail compte tenu du plaisir que nous avons eu. J’aurais du prendre du thé, Merci pour ce séjour.
