The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was great. Very clean. Good beds and linen.
The rooms are not soundproof.

The location is simply stunning, the personnel was very nice and attentive, good food, good breakfast.
The building itself could use a refresh - but it's still good enough, and the rest of the features (amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff) are more than compensating for this.

Great location on the Transfagarasan
Very dated room. Light in the entrance didn't work, the bathroom door handle was hanging off, and there was a stain on the wall next to the bed.
