Really nice environment, excellent service provided by the staff/reception, close to the train station, hotel is literally in front of the beach (clean, organized, bar/restaurant services also available), amazing breakfast, with a pair of seats and one umbrella included for each room. Definitely worth staying since Spotorno city center is 5~10 min walk and all restaurants and ice cream shops are nearby.

1. When booking, had an option to choose 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed / 1 sofa bed, (we have chosen 2 queen beds since we were 4 adults) but no more than 5 minutes after booking confirmation I’ve received a message that only 1 bed/ 1 sofa was available (!!!) 2. Only 2 seats and 1 umbrella available for 4 adult guests were provided by the hotel (note: beach club wasn’t fully booked when we stayed) but it’s hotel policy. We respected it but could have been better.

Not a full 4 star hotel

People are fenomenal, helpfull and willing to assist. Close to the beach and comfortable atmosphere.

Not all the rooms are "part" of the 4 star flagging. There are rooms without balcony and without any capability to let your beach items dry. The air conditioning is not properly working ( e.g. below 24 is not going ). The breakfast is very....but very limited to a 4 star hotel. ( no vegetables -unless you explicitly ask for them and only tomatoes ) only one type of ham and cheese for 10 days....dissapointing. Also for a 4 star hotel you have to pay 10 eur /day for parking.

Staff on the reception and also cleaning staff. Frederique on the reception really helped a lot. Cleaning ladies clean great and very polite!!! The location beach and view is just amazing ! Also the furniture in the hotel is great! They dealt with covid is a great manner!!! Recvomend

Wunderbarer Saisonabschluss mit einem schönen Abschied an Sommer, Strand und Meer.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war fantastisch. Es war der letzte Tag bevor das Hotel am Saisonende schließt. Daher sehr relaxed und auch ein wenig melancholisch. Äußerst nettes Personal, speziell an der Rezeption.

Als Alleinreisender gibt es halt keine Zimmer mit Meerblick. Geht aber in Ordnung, weil ich bei der Buchung hiervon schon Bescheid wusste. Eine Mücke hat mir ein wenig die Nachtruhe verdorben. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Da es ein Kurztripp war, war es ok. Eine Woche hätte ich umgebucht.

Die Lage, direkt am Strand, perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut.

Altes Gebäude, Schimmel an den Wänden und in den Zimmern hat es mega gemieft nach Feuchtigkeit. Der Toaster hat mega gequitscht. Sehr unangenehme Frequenz. Das war beim Essen unangenehm.

Vraiment un très bon souvenir

Excellent emplacement en front de mer. Plage privée. Petit déjeuner sans gluten possible. Proche des rues anciennes avec restaurants et commerces de Spotorno.

Mobilier un peu vieillot à remplacer (meubles de salon, armoires, etc.). Toutefois lits et salle de bain OK, mais une des ventilations ne fonctionnait pas. Minibar ne contenant que des bouteilles d'eau. Pas de bouilloire à eau.

Das Hotel profitiert von der Lage direkt am Meer!

Die Lage direkt am Strand. Lettini im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Zimmerausstattung modern .

Das Haus müsste besser unterhalten werden - es war unser 4. Aufenthalt dort. Innen viel renoviert; aussen zu.T. marode Zustände. Auch im Frühstücks- und Essraum Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel an der Decke. Klimaanlage im Zimmer tropft auf den Boden. Alles feucht an der Decke. Das Frühstück ist ok aber leider 9 Tage lang immer dasselbe Angebot. Nur Schinken, nie Salami. Es wäre schön, wenn für 4 Sterne ein Wasser/Teekocher im Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen würde! Ebenso 1 Flasche Wasser als Willkommensgruss 🤗 Die Zimmerreinigung immer pünktlich und effizient.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und freundlicher Service

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Abendessen, das einfach fantastisch war – sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Restaurant-Team war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer, das ein Patio hatte, lag fast direkt am Strand und war sehr großzügig und sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos und das tägliche Reinigen des Zimmers war sehr gründlich. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch die tägliche Auffüllung des Wassers im Kühlschrank – eine nette Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht hat. Der Strand war schön und gepflegt, und die Liegen waren kostenlos, was wirklich zu schätzen war, da man so bequem die Sonne genießen konnte.

Der einzige Wermutstropfen war der Kaffee zum Frühstück. Leider handelte es sich dabei um löslichen Kaffee, und man musste erst nachfragen, um einen echten Kaffee an der Bar zu bekommen. Auch der Koch, der Omelettes und Pancakes zubereitet hat, wirkte etwas unfreundlich. Zudem war er nur bis 9:30 Uhr da, obwohl das Frühstück eigentlich bis 10 Uhr angeboten wurde. Ein weiteres Manko waren die Matratzen im Zimmer, die so unangenehm waren, dass man nachts mehrmals aufwachen musste, weil eine Seite weh tat.

Toll, wir möchten wieder kommen!

Frühstück war ausreichend. Sauberkeit top! Ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal! Alle waren immer sehr freundlich. Wir und vor allem die Kinder fühlten sich richtig wohl. Die Lage ist top. Direkt am Strand und leicht zu Fuß in der Stadt. Einfach perfekt.
