Really nice environment, excellent service provided by the staff/reception, close to the train station, hotel is literally in front of the beach (clean, organized, bar/restaurant services also available), amazing breakfast, with a pair of seats and one umbrella included for each room. Definitely worth staying since Spotorno city center is 5~10 min walk and all restaurants and ice cream shops are nearby.
1. When booking, had an option to choose 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed / 1 sofa bed, (we have chosen 2 queen beds since we were 4 adults) but no more than 5 minutes after booking confirmation I’ve received a message that only 1 bed/ 1 sofa was available (!!!) 2. Only 2 seats and 1 umbrella available for 4 adult guests were provided by the hotel (note: beach club wasn’t fully booked when we stayed) but it’s hotel policy. We respected it but could have been better.

Not a full 4 star hotel
People are fenomenal, helpfull and willing to assist. Close to the beach and comfortable atmosphere.
Not all the rooms are "part" of the 4 star flagging. There are rooms without balcony and without any capability to let your beach items dry. The air conditioning is not properly working ( e.g. below 24 is not going ). The breakfast is very....but very limited to a 4 star hotel. ( no vegetables -unless you explicitly ask for them and only tomatoes ) only one type of ham and cheese for 10 days....dissapointing. Also for a 4 star hotel you have to pay 10 eur /day for parking.

Staff on the reception and also cleaning staff. Frederique on the reception really helped a lot. Cleaning ladies clean great and very polite!!! The location beach and view is just amazing ! Also the furniture in the hotel is great! They dealt with covid is a great manner!!! Recvomend
Pillow beds;) too hard. Also, but its not a hotel fault, when you face the skate place side its very loud at nigth;) still amazing view!

The location is fantastic. Very close to all restaurants. Very quiet place , good for the family, the food very nice in hotel as well. The only one hotel with the private beach in Spotorno!
