Hotel Biancaneve

The location of the Hotel was amazing! Very close to the ski lifts and everything walkable with a little pain (how ski boots normally are). The Hotel room was clean and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. I liked to have the ability to get breakfast in the Hotel, yet the quality of the breakfast was questionable and bland.

The building had a bit of moldy pinch when entering, probably due to the storage facility for the skiers. The water didn‘t start running warm for at least 2-3 minutes and the shower head was old and clocked. The

Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently free parking. Breakfast selection was good, evening menu was above average. Bathroom was clean and functional but small.

Before going into detail about the room me and my daughter were given, I think prisoners get more space and facilities in their cells than we did as paying guests of this hotel. Room was very small. Just enough floor space for two single beds almost touching, two small bedside tables, a creaky wardrobe and an open suitcase. That's it. Tiny. Room was also very noisy. Tiled floors mean you could hear every step, every drag of a chair across the floor, every movement of a boot, a suitcase or the bed from the rooms on floors above as if it was in your own room. The sound of water gushing down, what sounded like through the inside of our wardrobe, everytime the rooms above flushed a toilet or had a shower was very loud. Before booking facilities included a sauna but on arrival a week after booking, sauna is, or possibly was at the time of booking too, broken and can't be used. Satellite TV, yes. 100 channels of tv and films, all in Italian. Nothing for international travellers. In general, the room was very very poor and not worth half what I paid. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel.

the hotel is well located in Sestriere. The room was clean and equipped (but no fridge or boiler inside). The staff was kind and welcoming.

In our double room, the bed wasn’t double (2 single beds put together). Essential breakfast medium quality (could be improved)

the property was very clean. the cleaning staff seemed to be constantly busy. staff were very nice , especially young receptionist (with glasses and comes from other side of Italy)

due to tiled floors throughout noise was a bit of an issue. we did keep being woken up by people in the hallway, moving around or noisy families. when skiing all day a 5.30am wake up everyday isn’t exactly ideal on holiday. breakfast was ok, fruit never really looked fresh and a bit sorry for itself. no fresh bread just dry rolls. it served its purpose but could of been a bit better.

Rapporto qualità prezzo come non se no trovano a Sestriere. Personale accogliente, colazione ben fornita, deposito sci, vicino al centro di Sestriere ed a pochi passi dal Gargote e dall’Ovovio che porta sul versante e francese.

Struttura un po’ datata

Chambre propre, agréable et très bien chauffée. La literie est très confortable. La salle d’eau est un peu petite, mais cela ne pose pas de réel problème. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. L’emplacement est parfait. Je recommande

Le parking n’est pas privé mais public, avec donc un risque de ne pas trouver de place à proximité. La chambre côté rue est mal isolée, avec un bruit de circulation assez important. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux, mais mériterait davantage de choix en produits salés.

Hotel situato di fronte alle piste da sci, con vista sulle montagne. Molto vicino al centro del paese, raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Camere ampie e pulite. Colazione abbondante, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Possibilità di effettuare pensione completa o mezza pensione. Ristorante offre pietanze semplici, non ricercate, di media qualità.

La nostra camera, essendo a tetto, era molto calda. La struttura necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione generale.

La posizione. La camera spaziosa con terrazzino e letto comodo. Colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce . Qualità buona . Perdonale cordiale . Parcheggio moto incluso .

La mancanza del doccia schiuma in bagno .. una bustina mono dose a testa x lavarsi è ridicolo. Non basterebbe neanche x metà corpo.
