Great and friendltly staff. Swimming pool and all different kinds of saunas and massages. Great breakfast!!! Great location!!!
The only thing for me was the cushion... I sleep on my belly so the cushion was to high for me, but my wife loved it( she sleeps on her back) so its a personal thing 😂

This hotel was absolutely wonderful.
Comfortable, clean and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
I had a package shipped before my arrival and they communicated with me every step of the way on its arrival which my trip less stressful than it could have been.
The breakfast room is lovely and the decor is beautiful.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Maybe more tea and coffee in the room but the receptionist gave me loads.

We would have liked that it was close to the stadium, but our concert was moved to a place 40 minutes away. There is parking and it's a normal price (60zl)
The price was too high, they overcharged us for our dog (100zl), the rooms a SO NOT FOUR STAR WORTHY - unless they make their own star system not internationally recognized - price gauging with non cancellable terms - and the breakfast was very average. Pay less and go somewhere else. This place is way over hyped (it's not a thermal bath- it's an indoor pool that they are good enough to heat so it's not freezing) and overpriced.
