Good location. Good size room. Front desk helpful in booking taxi.

Welcomed by 2 very friendly ladies. Family stays on property.
Good location 5 mins from Shusanj bus stop. Next to petrol pump and mini market. Also 10 mins walk to beach and other big supermarkets and pharmacy.
Powerful AC. 2 separate beds. 2 big and 2 small towels and 2 blankets. Also has electric kettle, mini fridge, cups and spoons/forks.
Common balcony with smoking area and hot plate.
Bathroom is clean. Strong water pressure and good flush.
Unlike most properties on the coast, you don't have to walk up a hill. Big secure parking inside the gate.
Price was on higher side. Around 40 eur for a very basic room. Could be 5 or 10 eur less and it would be perfect.
Furniture and beds were creaky and could be replaced by new ones.

I loved that this property was about an 8 minute walk from the beach and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, even letting me check in early! The outdoor kitchen was a great addition with the fridge and somewhere to hand wash clothes!
The property cannot help this but the road was noisy into the late hours

The location is nice and away from the madness of Bar. Not too far to walk to central Bar including for example to the Jovan Vladimir Orthodox Cathedral.
White appliances could be upgraded.. in particular A/C.
