Breakfast and location were excellent and the rooms were fantastic, the staff were so helpful and pleasant, will definitely be back.

Our kids loved to play the royal family in our inspiring beautiful castle-like room. The thermal spa was amazingly good for its size, and quite modern when compared to the historical style of the hotel. Very happy that we visited the place.
No English info available e.g in paper about times of breakfast,lunch,dinner. Or spa rules, WiFi etc. Everyone is super friendly but for us with zero Spanish skills the communication was an effort.

The Spanish architecture was lovely. Our room was spacious, warm and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly.
The price for the dinner and breakfast, and wellness was not justified, they were extremely high, this simply messed up the experience.

Comfortable beds, good shower in an alternative room. Wine. Food was OK, stale bread !, fresh arrived after we complained??
Lack of private parking! We had to park in a rough area on the street!With our car full of our belongings! Hotel is past it's best , seating in the scruffy reception looked unhygienic! Tin of cockroach spray as you walk in. We booked it on the previous guest comments!!
No usable Wi-fi in the first room, cheap looking bathroom with curtain bath! Overpriced!
