Great location. Alex very very helpful with all aspects of our trip, from parking, to beach planning

Casa Kasteli is in a perfect location to explore Chania. Set amongst ancient ruins, the pedestrian streets of Chania's old town,very close to the harbour, beach of Chania and an easy, straightforward walk to the bus station, from where you can catch local buses to a multitude of places. We went to Elafonisi and Stavros very easily. Both great for a visit, spectacular drive and swimming. The room we enjoyed was spacious and the little balcony afforded a lovely view of the minaret and clock tower as well as street life. Alex is a charming, welcoming host, who made us feel very welcome and at home. I found a kindred spirit in him, as we share a passion for swimming.

A perfect place to stay and enjoy all that Chania has to offer.

Alex the owner was super nice and friendly. the place was in the middle of the city in an amazing location. air conditioning was very good also!

we had a misunderstanding with Alex about a few things. 1. he wanted 20 euro for a late check-in, for me that is super un-professional. 2. also its written in booking that there is free parking, its not and its 15 euro. 3. when we approached him for our disappointed he replied very not nice. we really didn't want to come but it was late and we didn't have any options. in the end he was very nice and very welcoming he even found us a free parking place for good atmosphere. its started bad and ended very good, Alex is very nice but we had at start a misunderstanding. the place is ok, very simple, nothing fancy but noting bad also. location is amazing.
