Pergola Hotel

The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The bathroom was fine, with a good shower and hot water, and the bed was comfortable enough. However, the studio was extremely small, with the bed right next to the oven, leaving very little space to move around. The kitchen had very limited utensils and wasn’t really practical for cooking. There were outdoor tables, which was a nice bonus.

The location looks great on the map, but be prepared for lots of stairs and a steep uphill walk, especially if arriving with heavy luggage. Overall, an okay stay, but the small room and challenging access were significant drawbacks.

The room was very spacious and was kept spotless. The beds and pillows were so comfy and we had great nights sleep. The view from the balcony was unbeatable. Looked straight out to the port and, although it was narrow, it wrapped around the whole apartment. The bathroom was questionable and was more a wet room which made showering fun to try and not soak the entire room but this being said the shower was good pressure and hot and certainly didn't take anything away from our stay. Facilities in room excellent, Smart TV with Netflix, HBO etc, good hairdryer and decent kettle. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location was simply perfect. 5 mins gentle stroll and a flight of steps later took you to either the harbour, port or town beach. Could not fault anything with this hotel and will definitely be back. It made our 1st wedding anniversary so special so thank you and see you soon.

More tea bags 😂

This hotel is located in the center part of Agios Nikolaos and everything is in a walking distance. We had a room with a beautiful sea view - we requested that additionally, and the staff was very kind and made it possible. The staff is very nice and communicative. The room was quite small, but it was fine for our 5 day stay.

The only thing I noticed is that there was no hairdryer in the room. I think this should be fixed.

The location was amazing. Everything was nearby . Walking distance to the center all the shops and coffee and restaurants was 3 to 5 minutes. That was the best of it!!!❤️ The view as well was amazing.

Unfortunately the hotel is very old and the rooms need renovation. The room was small and especially the bathroom. The sheets and the towels were clean but not the furnitures and the beds.
