We didn’t stay in the room as it was disgusting

The room was disgraceful it was filthy there was blood on the curtains and door was damaged witch made it unsafe to stay in it was very unhygienic it was disgusting we didn’t even stay in the room we checked out the same day after seeing how dirty the room was and I was in contact with booking.com and they told me the property would not issue a refund which is horrible since we didn’t even stay in the property we had to drive all the way back to Malaga

Staff are amazing

I accidentally booked the wrong room on Booking.com, but it was no trouble at all—Olga sorted everything out quickly and smoothly. She’s an absolute star! The location is ideal, and the reception area always smells lovely. I needed a hairdryer during my stay, and that was no problem either. All the cleaners were lovely, and the reception staff were amazing—especially the star at the desk. Everything was easy and stress-free.

Beautiful location, huge apartment

Amazing location right in the harbour of Puerto Banus, everything was just a short walk away and easy to get taxis. We got upgraded to a sea view room which was also beautiful with a big balcony. The apartment is huge, the living space is great and would be so good for a longer stay where you’d food shop.

It is very dated, the shower isn’t great and would have struggled to wash my hair properly. Although there was basic amenities I’d have hoped for some cutlery and a plate at least for if I decided to buy food in.

Super spacious apartment and very clean, perfect location and amazing for our stay. I would 100% return back to this apartment.

It was a little noisey all through the night, especially as some guests are not always as courteous and given the location across from mirage the night club

Comfy & clean, so close to puerto banus !

The apartment was clean with a lovely view, beds were comfy & right on puerto banus.

I felt the entrance and streets into apartment was very dodgy, I didn’t feel safe walking home from dinner. The entrance is a little scary with some non desirables hanging around. But if there is a few of you and you keep an eye on your belongings your fine.
