The suite was huge, pools were perfect, our son loved the tennis court and the kids club and the staff was extremely nice and helpful (that’s the best thing about the hotel). Food was okay, average all-inclusive hotel, nothing special, but were able to find something for everyone.
We got offered (paid) upgrade - suite with jacuzzi, but we could only use the jacuzzi during the day as the heating of water didn’t work.

12 o clock check out is great.
The beds were not that great. The bedroom tv didn’t work as kept saying no WiFi connections even tho my phone had WiFi

The breakfast and dinner buffet were ok.
The first minute we were greeted by Santiago an old man who didn't seem to want to welcome us to the hotel. He couldn't find our reservation and then failed to check us in properly despite handing over our passports and credit card. Our room was not clean when we did eventually get access. Furthermore, they decied to pain the balcony whilst we were staying there! We were given some refunds for dinner etc but I'd rather the room was clean in the first place. Again Santiago tried to ignore this problem and it required the hotel manager to step in.
