Great staff, rooms were perfect size and good facilities inside. Also very close to the shops that you’ll need for your stay

It’s a little bit of a walk from the centre of San Antonio but if you prefer a quieter location it’s perfect.

I have stayed here many times. Stayed for 10 days. Wonderful stay. They are quite good at policing it for people partying with loud music so I wasn’t kept awake by this too much. Cleaners come daily. Good air con. Nice spacious apartment. It was nice and quiet. Lots of hangers and places to hang clothes. Large bathroom.

Could have better amenities for the kitchen. Not enough stuff really, only one pan and one pot. The cleaner could give more black bags for our rubbish.

The location was great, bus stop 1 min from the hotel, rooms were spacious and clean. Nice little terrace.

The staff. On the first day when we arrived check-in took ages (when we came the lady was not even bothered to help us until we asked for it). One of our friends had to go urgently to the bathroom and she told us shortly that there’s no bathroom. Asked about the breakfast (hotel had a bar) - also no option. At the day of check-out when we came to pick up our luggage there was another person at the reception (a guy) and when we asked if there was a place to change he showed us immediately the bathroom downstairs and asked us if we need anything else like towels so he could provide us. That’s the type of service you expect when paying almost 200€ per night. Also, we were group of 6 people and only got 6 little plastic packs of shower gel, no soap to wash our hands whatsoever.
