I booked it for the pool and when we arrived it was out of order.

Great experience to sleep in a cave an the room was very clean and bed comfy
Shower don’t work properly and no hot water

The novelty factor was great & we ended up with a 5 room apartment so had plenty of room which enabled us to organise dinner & enjoy the dining/sitting area. The Wifi was also excellent .
The bed was a little hard .

Good restaurant on site. Pleasant, but poorly maintained pool. Staying in a cave house is a great experience
On arrival, the staff member would not speak to me (despite my speaking passable Spanish), just eventually gave me a key, no smile, no directions (this is a large complex with a complicated layout). Grudgingly found a map when asked. Bathroom was not maintained. It was impossible to open the window, because the window latch was in a pile of dust on the bathroom floor behind the door! Tiles were falling off the walls. I felt less clean after a shower than before!
