Everyone from the staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and clean, it was a lovely experience.
I would recommend adding something local to the restaurant menu, but that's a small thing.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of everywhere, the hotel was well kept, rooms were clean - we booked a city view and I’m so glad we did, the view was stunning. The bar staff were above and beyond, so friendly and helpful.
You had to really step high to climb into the bath for a shower, it felt quite precarious getting in and out, so anybody less able would struggle. Breakfast was lovely, but quite expensive.
