We got our room upgraded to a wonderful spacious double bedroom. It was clean, the food was very nice and the location amazing.

Opposite the hotel is an Irish bar with very loud music that closes at 00.30 Only bad part is that. But that isn't the hotel's fault.

The breakfast is good. But l prefer hot food which they dont provide. Even though the food are serve yourself. The food is cold and another major problem is language barrier. The chef, cleaner, receptionist speak a little of English. Overall they try to communicate.

Hotel wasn’t too busy. They have a big pool and you can easily get a sunbed at any time. Complimentary coffee and juices are always available to all guests. Although a day late but the room was nicely setup for a special occasion, and a fruit basket was provided which was a kind gesture. Good location on the main road - around 5-6 mins to the marina/old town on buses which are very frequent around every 5 mins and stop anywhere’s or 25-30mins by walk. Right next to the beach and they provide free beach towels. Although the private beach advertised isn’t actually free they expect you to purchase drinks/food. Our room was modern and comfortable. You can extend your checkout time till 4pm for £40 which was very convenient. Ali the hotel rep who was offering excursions was really good.

On the first day, we weren’t given the room we had actually booked. Instead, our whole group was put into one room with sofa beds and a double bed which was really frustrating. After complaining a few times, we did eventually get the correct room the next morning but this shouldn’t happen in the first place. If the room isn’t available, even for one night, it shouldn’t be listed as bookable. The reception staff also weren’t very welcoming. I understand English might not be their first language, but the hotel has lots of international guests, and the overall attitude came across quite rude and uninterested. Breakfast was very limited and definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Compared to other places I’ve stayed in Turkey, the options were poor — there weren’t even basic bakery items. You have to drink hot/cold drinks in paper cups. I’m aware it’s not a major issue but surely for a 4 star.. Only given 1 access key card for a big group as they ‘ don’t have any more ‘ The first room we got was facing an Irish bar, and the noise at night was very loud until 2am. It made it hard to sleep. Housekeeping wasn’t great either — rooms weren’t cleaned daily and towels/sheets weren’t replaced regularly. There were also no proper toiletries provided, just a fixed shower gel/shampoo combo. Another issue was the lack of air conditioning in the reception and dining areas. It was quite warm, and for a hotel of this size, you’d expect better. The bathrooms were also very poorly lit — no light in the shower and only a small bulb for the whole space. The rooms in general felt quite dark. Overall, I expected a lot better based on the 4-star rating, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to that.
