Good hotel in the centre of Grado

Position, in the centre of Grado, close to all amenities and no car required for the rest of the stay. Good breakfast included Parking available at the property Large Terrace Very large rooms

Parking price not included in the room price, but the receptionist did not specify it during check in. Suggest deep cleaning of the carpeting in the room to remove stains. Bathroom a bit small (but clean), if compared to very large size of the room.

Good location, nice hotel, it was nice to stay at a hotel in Grado although it is fairly expensive (we usually rent an apartment when we stay longer, it is much cheaper).

The bed in the living room was of poor quality, it was squeaky and tilted towards the inside.

Marvellous late-summer stay at Grado

Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was as always exceptional. Bicycles and private parking are an big advantage.

Comfortable and well located Grado down-town hotel

The renovation (painting inside, tiling of bathrooms) is a success and renders the hotel proper and nice. The staff is very helpful and attentive, despite the current problematic situation. New bicycles are working well. The breakfast offer is outstanding (for Italy) and is a recommandation. Beds are comfortable (at least for us).

The bathroom size is too small to pack shower, bidet, toilet and washing table in it, the bidet should leave to have at least some space in the bathroom. At least two glasses should be offered per room, not just plastic cups. The coffee (out of this machine) is - for Italy - an offense, some tuning would help. The hotel parking is not cheap but a real asset, however the number of bicycles must increase to enable the mobility of the guests on week-ends.

Enttäuschend

Lage ist top, Personal ist freundlich, großer überdachter Balkon, Kuchen und Cappuchino bei Frühstück waren gut, Rest von Frühstück siehe unten

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit dringendem Renovierungsbedarf !! Beim eintreten bemerkt man sofort einen eigenartigen Geruch, über den man noch hinweg sehen könnte, ABER über was man nicht hinweg sehen kann, sind die Teppiche in den Gängen !! Voller Flecken, alt und abgetreten, derselbe Teppiche auch in den Zimmern und genau so fleckig ! An den Wänden viele zerdrückte Mücken, Tür von innen nicht versperrbar, Badezimmer klein und eng, Lampe bei Spiegel dreckig, Haare am Boden vom vorigen Gast, leere Klopapierrolle in der Halterung und auf der Seifenablage in der Dusche eine offene kleine Gästeseife vom vorigen Gast !! Klobrille mit komischer, gelblicher Verfärbung (Urin ?), die Matratzen von den Betten hart und komplett durchgelegen ! Das Frühstück war jetzt auch nicht besonders, sehr einfach gehalten !

Kleines, nettes Hotel in guter Lage.

Das Hotel liegt in Strandnähe und die Altstadt ist gut erreichbar. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse, wo gefrühstückt werden kann. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück reicht aus, der Kaffee ist sehr, sehr gut.

Die Klimaanlage ist jetzt zentral geregelt, es ist nicht mehr möglich, sie vom Zimmer aus auszuschalten.

Super Lage, super Personal!

Top Lage! Sehr freundliches Personal! Sind leider etwas verspätet angereist (außerhalb der Check-in Zeit), was aber kein Problem war. Zimmer sind sehr fein. Gratis Fahrradverleih, auch am Check out Tag.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, vor allem für Vegetarier/Veganer. Ansonsten war alles top. Der Kakao beim Frühstück war leider nicht gut.

Wir Mädels hatten einen äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt im Il Guscio!

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel. Die Besitzer und die Angestellten sind sehr bemüht, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war perfekt. Parkplatz im Innenhof ist in Grado von großem Vorteil. Alles gepflegt und sauber!

Perfekt für Familien in privilegierter Lage.

Das Zimmer war groß und hatte zwei Badezimmer, was für ein Paar mit zwei Kindern sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück ist gut, hätte aber eine Stunde früher beginnen können, damit wir den Tag früher genießen könnten.

Es wäre schön, wenn mehr Fahrräder zur Verfügung stünden...

Immer ein Reise wert!

Wir sind schon viele Jahre Gäste im Haus Il Guscio, für einen Kurztripp nach Grado perfekt. Mitarbeiter immer sehr bemüht. Man kann auch ein paar Minuten länger parken am Tag der Abreise. Wir kommen wieder.
