The staff were very efficient and polite, the suite was huge
The jacuzzi didn't work but they offered us another room but was later in the evening so couldn't be bothered to swap.

Location was good. We have returned 3 times.
We love the history and style of the Claridge
Keep going on the restoration work on some historic wood work and the lifts.

Well located. Good staff.
Facilities didn’t work. Our spa in our room didn’t work.
Water was cold . Showers in pool change room didn’t work.
Carpet in our room was filthy. I didn’t like taking my shoes off.
