Great breakfast, friendly staff. The adjoining bar and restaurant is also nice with a great little garden to have a smoke and a beer.

Could do with some modern touches like usb charging points, a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee etc

The location is convenient if you are visiting Aquapalace Praha, but based on our experience with the heat, cleanliness, and especially the lack of privacy, there are definitely areas that need improvement.

The room was very warm, especially on our first night, and there was only one fan. I had difficulty sleeping because of the heat. The next morning, we asked if we could have another fan, but unfortunately they could not provide one. Cleanliness could also be improved. The fan was quite dusty, as was the table, and overall the hotel and room felt rather old. Our biggest concern, however, was privacy and security. The room uses an electronic code lock and there was no additional lock from the inside. One time, my husband and I went to Lidl while our son stayed in the room. He later told us that a staff member entered the room without knocking or ringing the doorbell and checked something in the refrigerator. This made us very uncomfortable. We had already checked in, so we expected staff to knock and wait for permission before entering an occupied room. Knowing that someone could enter even when we were not there made us feel less secure. The television was also not very useful for us.
