Good property. It's not as big as we had expected but good. The room was a good size. Entertainment was good. The music band performed very nice songs
Food service was very slow. It normally took 45-55 mins to get food so not great. All buffet items usually run out, so you have to wait for a minimum of 20 mins. Even chapathi/roti take 20 mins, so you really have to wait. The local food was good but the desserts like cakes, etc, were pretty bad. Considering it's a 5-star hotel, we expect an international quality of all foods.

The room was good . The people tried to be helpful .
The maintanance of the property is extremely poor . Rhey look heavily underbudgeted . Mossy path make it very slippery during rains, no maintanance of lawns , gardens etc. The worst thing was that they had a BAR and NO glassware for different drinks . They served wiskey sour in a team tumbler and gin in the same tea tumbler :)) Taj will be annoyed with this :) The bar was poorly maintained .There needs to be more lighting and also atleast some new furnitures added . It looks like a very very old property fighting hard to sustain.
