Deserves the 4 stars

A lovely hotel and a very comfortable stay. Perfect location in Pforzheim, we used it as a base to visit the Black Forest in Bad Wildbad. The free use of the gym and hot tub made it a real 4 star experience for us. Would absolutely stay again.

Beyond expectations on every level.

Absolutely superb value for money. Everything was tip top, beautiful large room with bath and never ending hot water. Everything was included in the low price, even the dog was free( unheard of these days!!). Huge beds, lovely linen, and the in-house restaurant was very good. And parking outside the door. As good as it gets for a stopover. Oh, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly.

We had a breakdown with our car. Staff at reception very helpful. Cassandra fixed appointment at the garage at 07.00 in the morning. All smiles and helpful. Thanks 👍 Karsten

You must pay the Parking, 12 euro per day. Also is very tight. To open the car door you must to be an acrobat. The towels are smelling very bad. My suggestion is to use a fresh detergent. I was back at 1 AM and I found a dog closed in a car in the parking. I informed about it to the receptionists and they said that they knew it. So I am sure that the owner is working in the hotel too. Very sad! I was in the Number 446 and the WiFi is working when he likes. My Conclusions: never again. If they don't have respect for the animals, it is not for me. Antonio

Convenient, comfortable and good location.

Good location, very smooth checkin and friendly accommodating staff!

There were a few issues with the cards which didn’t work when trying to access the spa and my own room but they were quickly sorted out by the staff.

it was clean but all the rooms looked pretty much the same! the size was the same but 150€ difference and it was two floors higher

that it wasn’t a fair price, I’m not saying it’s not worth the money but it was the same size and different prices

The stuff was very friendly and helpfull with my many questions .The gym was much lower quality what was i expected, but(!) at the reception they offered me a professional gym, what was 10 minutes walk away. So i was super setisfied.😊

Very relaxing; peace of mind.

The staff are friendly, well prepared, and always willing to help. I really liked the “pillow menu”, and the stocked mini-bar.

The entrance is not clearly sign posted, and my room was all the way on the other side of the hotel, so I did a lot of walking backwards and forwards.
