Convenient location. Comfortable and roomy.

Even though we paid for breakfast and even though we came to the breakfast towards the end of the allocated time, breakfast had been finished. The excuse given was, that there were only 4 people taking breakfast.

Great hotel with a great potential to improve the quality.

Well, the hotel is not bad Everything was clean and in a good condition. Nonetheless, they don’t really invest in the furniture so it’s looks a bit old. For solo travel and working purposes, I wouldn’t complain! I loved the concept of having few buildings together and free parking!

I booked through booking and everything was perfect. Once I arrived, the receptionist claimed that there’s a problem of names matching between the payment and booking details (since we use a common card, it is not under my name) However, the receptionist was quite unfriendly and unhelpful at the beginning to me after arriving from 5 hours travelling and very tired. She insisted to not find a solution for allegedly a payment problem that related to the card. Although everything was fine, she clearly rejected to offer any kind of assistance or even a compromise which was a shock for me that she didn’t even have the understanding for the situation However, I called my working colleague and he confirmed that everything is fine, as how is really! I believe that professional work starts with friendly hospitality and kind towards the clients and visitors.

Perfectly nice stay for one night:) I would recommend this place for a couple nights.

Staff were very friendly. Perfectly close to Public Transport. Water pressure good, balcony/outdoor space with each room. Very clean and easy check in/out experience.

Tv didn't work :( the double bed room is two single beds pushed together, separated wooden plank inbetween mattresses. If you are into hiking/nature/long walks, it is very far from this kind of thing in the area as all of the lookouts/main attractions are in the south.

I have been staying here for many years. The breakfast used to really good, but the quality, dishes, and quantify has declined.

Totally unsatisfied

Uncomfortable bed. I asked for a double bed way in advance, they gave me two single mattresses just put besides, neither well attached. Totally impossibile for a couple to sleep! On top of that, the room heating was extremely low. We were freezing out of the bed.

Spacious accommodation, well placed for easy access by train into the centre of Bonn. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Although a slightly strange mixture of residential and tourist accommodation that didn’t detract from the experience. On-site parking available for a fee but plenty of free road parking spaces. Decent breakfast available at a fair price.
