Under performing 5 star hotel. Not worth it

A little overbuilt. More like a condo complex than a 5 star hotel

Very disappointed with the food options. We came For a nice dinner only to be shoved into the bar for extremely bad food. It really ruined the experience for us.

Beautiful setting, clearly need more staff in the restaurant

Beautiful setting, huge pools.

We weren’t informed beforehand that the main restaurant was closed, and the staff in the Vignes restaurant were clearly overworked. It took us about 1.5 hours to get our mains, which, with a hungry 4 year old, wasn’t ideal. No apologies or even a smile. We were meant to be dining there every evening but quickly decided to eat elsewhere. Not the service you’d expect from a Relais & Chateux. The front of house staff were lovely though!

Beautiful property, but not worth the money

The property is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s very isolated and the dining options on the property are limited. The beds were not comfortable as there two single beds connected with a mattress topper. The bathroom was very outdated. The gym didn’t have a lot of equipment, and the AC was not working. Also surprised that they didn’t have any wine tasting or tours on the property. The wifi didn’t work in the rooms and only in certain parts of the common areas, close to the main building.

beautiful architecture of the new, modern parts of the hotel buildings. Second swimming pool for real swimming exercises. the gorgeous view on vineyards and multiple short trips to the neighboring charming villages

Exceptional

The hotels and the surroundings were phenomenal. I especially liked the walk through the woods (property of hotel), the beautiful pool.. everything was perfect!

A small complaint for part of the staff who had issues with English ( during breakfast usually) and impatient atittude when dont understand what are you asking for.

The breakfast was phenomenal. Especially the honey produced on site. The service across the board was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. The location was great as well. Easy access to all of the Luberon villages. Room was large with a great view. Facilities were very clean and up-to-date

We unfortunately got a number of ants in the room and a cicada, but we were in the middle of the country so that is to be expected. No fault of the ownership and no knock to the facility.

Superb

Everything. We love it here. Have stayed a few times before and it always feels like a very special treat. The breakfast and evening meals are all delicious. It has changed over the years and the new management are making some changes. Just hope they don’t go too far as it was lovely as it was. The addition of a bar small plates menu is great as this area was previously under utilised.

It is expensive, so it’s not somewhere you’d stay every year, unless you have deep pockets. But if you want to treat yourself this is definitely the place. The only disappointing thing on this occasion that not all the restaurants were available. There has previously been 3 restaurants open each night but this time only two, one of which is out of our budget. On our last night the bar small plates menu was the only option available. Luckily it was tasty but the larger sized portions were smaller than we would have liked

Amazing and luxurious hotel and spa

This hotel was a dream come true! It was absolutely amazing. We got to the hotel as part of our honeymoon and received an upgrade to the junior suite. The view from the room was astounding. The spa was beautiful and luxurious. This was the best part of our trip to Provence area.

Ausser der Panne im Restaurant ein super Hotel, welches aber seinen Preis hat.

Super Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eigentlich hat es 2 Restaurants, das eine (Italiener) war aber nur Mittwoch bis Samstag offen. Am Sonntag war dann das andere Restaurant bzw. die Küche völlig am Anschlag. Wir mussten sehr lange auf das Essen warten.

Ca reste une bel endroit très classe. Les piscines sont immenses, le SPA et les équipements fantastiques. La vue des jacuzzi sur les vignes, un régal. La qualité du service.

Dans ce type d'établissement on pourrait s'attendre un un mini buffet séparé pour les allergiques au Gluten. Alleger un peu les tarifs.
