Cavalieri Restaurant superb service and attention from the staff, they are always nearby for any requirement, well manage and motivated staff. Daily breakfast was magnificent, one of the best I had in 5 stars hotels. Had 1 dinner at Cavalieri, a buffet dinner, amazing variety of good quality and diverse offers, as half-board package, included bottle of wine and water.
The restaurant was packed of guest during my dinner time. I think that there was a reason for that. Great Cavalieri.
Forte Grill was a sad disappointment, As a "Grill", supposed to have freshly grill order and not "grilled" meat and reheat it for your meal and put it in a plate to serve you. The meat came rough, dried and no taste at all. Even as half-board package, you have to pay for your drinks, even simple water. The staff are there not to serve but to rush you out during and after the meal. There is no attention or caring during your dinner, there was nobody nearby to request for anything. I notice that almost all the staff were looking at their mobile in a corner of the restaurant. Only 3 tables in a huge restaurant during my dinner period. There was a reason for that, I suppose. Run away from that restaurant, that is not a Grill food restaurant but "grilled" food restaurant. My worst, worst experience in a 5 stars hotels restaurant. Run away from Forte Grill!

Хорошее расположение,красивая зеленая территория,приветливый персонал,хорошая кухня.
Отдыхали семьей,брали 2 номера,один большой с видом на море и второй обычный стандарт(2 этаж 214 номер),в номере стандарт стоял ужасный затхлый запах,это не запах от канализации,скорее запах прелого,старого,на мою просьбу поменять номер 2 раза -игнор.Было неприятно,отель такого уровня должен предоставлять все номера в достойном состоянии,чтобы гости чувствовали себя в комфорте и хотели вернуться вновь.

We spent a full week at Forte Village – Il Castello, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort is simply stunning – beautifully maintained, with lush surroundings and a luxurious atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed.
What really stood out to me was the perfect balance of activities and relaxation. Whether I wanted to stay active or simply unwind, everything was right there. I enjoyed an incredible range of sports facilities, from tennis and cycling to water sports and a top-notch gym. And when it was time to relax, the pools, spa, and private beach offered absolute tranquility.
The dining options were excellent, and the attention to detail across the resort was impressive. But above all, the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Every team member we encountered was warm, helpful, and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect in every way.
Forte Village Il Castello is a place where you can really have it all – sports, leisure, luxury, and world-class service. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return!
