L’emplacement est exceptionnel, juste en face de la mer, avec une plage très bien équipée et un personnel incroyable (surtout à la plage). Le sable est fin et les enfants avaient pied sur une longue distance, c’était idéal ! À noter un parking avec voiturier, ce qui est un vrai plus.
L’eau de la douche était tiède et peu puissante le soir (quand tout le monde revient de la mer), la climatisation était trop forte malgré un réglage adapté. La cuisine est vraiment peu qualitative et mériterait une montée en gamme pour le niveau de l’hôtel. Nous avons été également très incommodés par un désodorisant électronique dans la chambre (beaucoup mieux une fois débranché et la pièce aérée).

El Hotel es precioso, cómodo, agradable. Su ubicación excelente. El personal del hotel muy amable, cordiales, serviciales. La playa está a 10 metros. Realmente un hotel pequeño, bello. Volvería feliz y encantado a este hotel. Además Alassio nos encantó.
Nada podría haber sido mejor.

Frühstück war äußerst ergiebig und fein. Zimmer: wurden sozusagen "up-geratet" mit einer Art Suite mit Seitenblick, toll !
Lage fein, direkt am Meer. Alle soo sauber vom Empfang der Herren mit Krawatte bis zum Verbringen des PKW bzw. Zurückbringen.
Das Haus selber auf beste Art restauriert und imposant. Für mich - ehrlich - tatsächlich NAHE an 5-Stern-Qualität.

Habitue de l’établissement nous avons cette fois été très déçu. Non pas de l’hôtel mais de la chambre. Très (trop) chère même en pleine saison. Climatisation très bruyante et vraiment gênante. Et sans impossible de dormir car il faisait très chaud. La chambre donnait sur la route. Bruyante en haute saison. Bref cette fois c’était raté.
