Holiday Club Åre

We could change the room to the river(it is no Lake.. )& got an free upgrade :) Even of 20 years, all is still looking good & working super. The gym is amazing..if i lived in Åre, that was my gym!

The furniture at the mini bar was a bit worn..but 20 years. The fan has less power..but only for people with full hair necessary :D

The breakfast was perfect. The bedding and the room were clean.

The light bulbs in the room were out, while the furniture was quite worn. The biggest problem, however, was the arrival. I could not arrive before 4:00 PM, not even by special request, but the room had to be vacated by 11. This is unusual for such a price level. The swimming pool was expensive, but the towels had to be paid for separately at an additional cost. In addition, parking next to the hotel is not included in the price of the already expensive accommodation. I could start searching, downloading the app, setting up a bank card, the usual torture just for parking. You can survive, but somehow I would not expect them to try to rip you off at every point.

The location was great. The room was also pretty large for 3 people. The spa and gym were also fancy and nice.

You should pay extra for parking, gym and pool. In fact, the amount you pay is just for your room and breakfast. They charge weirdly for the amenities in the hotel. This is the first time I am seeing this. In fact, I didnt really like this attitude and will go to another hotel next time if I went to Åre.
