    We were in the area for a family wedding and don't speak Portuguese. This was an excellent choice for us. Comfortable older building, nice restaurant, breakfast included with lots of variety, easy parking, very helpful staff, walking distance to grocery store and dollar store (needed nail scissors). If we're ever back in the area, I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere.

    Great hotel , good location and great staff . Room was clean , spacious and comfortable. Few things to consider - upgrade the facilities. Lift for baby buggy was too small . Rooms need a bit of work , few things were broken in the toilet ( shower holder , toilet paper holder ) , also hair dryer in the room was old and not working properly. Breakfast was good but with lack of options . ( only 2 choice of fruits , and 3 hot dishes ) . Overall was a great stay , will recommend to friends ! We will be back in summer time !

    I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your establishment. By mistake, I made a reservation for the wrong date — initially intending to book for August, but the system recorded the reservation for September. As soon as I noticed the error, I attempted to cancel the reservation immediately. However, my request for a refund was denied without consideration of the circumstances. As a Canadian guest who has stayed at your hotel twice a year for several years, I have always appreciated the quality of your facilities and service. I have been a loyal and regular customer, and your team is familiar with me. This recent experience, however, has left me extremely disappointed and disheartened. I visited the hotel in person to explain the situation and requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, no effort was made to accommodate this request or connect me with either the manager or the hotel director. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address a simple and honest mistake demonstrates a poor standard of customer service and a disregard for guest loyalty. As a result of this experience, I regret to say that I will no longer be staying at your hotel in the future, nor will I be recommending your establishment to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests are treated with greater fairness and respect. Sincerely, Arthur
