So Quiet! Beautiful hotel chic styling. The architecture was amazing and such a beautiful courtyard for evening drinks and morning breakfasts. Just a 15 min walk from the centre along the waterfront. The local area was very bohemian with a few nice bars snd restaurants where locals ate. Would highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights at York House. Great location for exploring Lisbon and and Belem with bus stops on the doorstep. Great restaurants in the local area which had a nice vibe. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and helped with all our queries. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a little limited in terms of choice but fruit was fresh and food was hot. Overall a nice place to stay.

Potentially an issue with Agoda's own booking platform - but having booked a 3 night stay in a "superior" room for a solo traveller with a large bed, I arrived at reception to be told that the booking was instead for a twin room booking in a lower-quality bracket of room.
The man at the front desk at the time was exceptionally sassy, borderline passive aggressive, when I asked to view other options (a younger looking guy with brown hair who spoke good English). Throughout the weekend, he continued to be very rude to me. This soured the whole experience.
Rest of the staff were nice - especially the concierge / porter staff who were always super kind, attentive and helped with bags. Great location too, and very quiet given it is set back from the main road.
Breakfast was also very expensive for what it was - 15 euros for some supermarket yoghurts and hotel pastries! Opt to go somewhere local instead.
