Santo Domingo Bay Convention Resort & Casino

This property is beautiful. It’s newly renovated and every corner has amazing view. The restaurants were very nice and the food was delicious. The buffet offers a huge variety of food. The check in process was smooth and the staff was very accommodating. My birthday was a week prior and they decorated my door with a birthday banner and sent me a fruit arrangement which was very thoughtful. The property is very clean the bed was very comfortable and the shower was huge in my room. There is a fitness center on the property and a coffee shop which is included in your a inclusive package. I will be doing an in depth review on my instagram @yoli94 showing pictures of the property and a room tour

I have no complaints everything was great

Everything was perfect and clean. Good food for everyone. I recommend all members of my family and friends to spend a couple days in Santo domingo bay. They're very responsible.

The service elevator was very hot, They need to fix the AC

Beach was clean sand was clean it was quiet and safe

Staff was to young to care , can hire older more experienced staff

Location is great! Fairly priced

-Checkin was horrendous. Took over an hour. -Reservation for restaurants process was not explained and I missed out on trying them as a result (you have to make it before 5:30pm). -Buffet needs hand sanitizer stations. I ended up getting sick from the food not sure if it’s due to guests dirty hands or improperly cooked food. Buffet food was not great tasting and what you’d expect massed produced food to taste like. Definitely my least favorite part of the resort. -Room was spacious. Only complaints were that it smelled like someone had just deficated once I checked into the room. Then there were small creatures (lizards, spiders and knats) in the room
