L’accueil très professionnel, la réceptionniste, bien que le restaurant soit fermé, m’a proposé une bonne collation en chambre pour un prix dérisoire.

- la gentilezza del personale alla reception e in sala colazioni; erano sempre super disponibili e gentili.
- la posizione tranquilla e lontana dal caos di senigallia
- la pulizia della camera era davvero deludente: dovevamo richiedere i docciaschiuma ogni giorno perché non venivano lasciati in bagno, i bicchieri sporchi non venivano cambiati, le signore dei piani per due volte hanno dimenticato, per tutto il giorno e la notte, il sacco con la biancheria sporca delle camere vicino all'ascensore del piano.
- la piscina aperta anche ad esterni e apparentemente senza regole: i bambini giocavano con i palloni in acqua incuranti delle altre persone e quando è stato chiesto al bagnino se fosse normale è stato risposto "certo!".
- sicuramente il rapporto qualità/prezzo è deludente. Per essere un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più
