A very pleasant and comfortable stay in a spacious studio with a kind host and perfect location in the center of Durbuy

I really appreciated the private parking right at the property, it made arriving and leaving very easy. The location is perfect in the heart of Durbuy, and the studio was spacious, clean and exactly as described. The host was very kind and helpful.

Our studio was under the roof, so there were a few low wooden beams and I bumped my head a couple of times 😂 but it was really not a big problem and did not spoil our stay.

Overall good experience, but a few fixes could help

The location is perfect, a cool house with private parking (an asset in the town). The lady who received us and showed us around was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and clean but could have used some more care (there was a broken lamp, some things looked “makeshift”). There were few toiletries, we had to drive outside of town to buy a shower gel and a shampoo. Overall a good experience, but a couple of fixes could make it even better. :)

Some things looked worn out and not really maintained because it’s a touristic town where it gets rented out anyway. No toiletries apart from hand soap.

Good location, lovely garden but won’t stay again

The garden is lovely. Excellent location in Durbuy and beautiful views from windows. Baby bed provided upon request. The host is friendly upon arrival but lots of instructions prior to arrival and requests for departure. For eg there is a 2hour window where you have to specify check-in time exactly. Understandable for convenience of host but definitely not easy when traveling.

Kitchen was not well equipped (no big mugs, old stained small cups, no breakfast bowels). Had to wash our dishes before leaving and I don’t think other people take care to properly wash theirs. We also had to take off all bedding when leaving. Not a problem but dishes and bedding takes a bit of time. The unit is a bit dated and needs maintenance (dirty walls and unconnected light fixtures).

beautiful leaves and river walks

It was very well-stocked with kitchen supplies, utensils and things to cook with. the space was cozy and comfortable.

the property was really conveniently located in town, but I was not prepared for the fact that there was no general shop in town. fortunately, the hostess let me know when I arrived where to find bread and meat. (There was one wonderful butcher open). transportation was poor, as well, so having a car is quite important.

A very nice house to stay in a strategic location!

Superb location, right in the middle of everything (not that Durbuy is that big though). Very friendly hostess, she welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know.

The house could have been warmer when we entered. We had to turn on the radiators and wait for it to get warm. Also, some parts of the house (and furniture) were very dusty.

Beautiful place with magical atmosphere

Rooms were comfortable and spacious, view was amazing, + the little details - local art on the wall, books, furniture with history but very well maintained. Owner was very friendly. It was a wonderful stay

Large, beautiful room in well-groomed grounds, situated in an amazing town in the countryside.

The hostess was very friendly and informative. The grounds were beautiful, with lots of private space for guests to sit inside of the convent walls. Just outside of the gate were lots of restaurants and cafes to grab a bite or a drink. And Durbuy itself was amazing. The room had a sitting area with a great view of the grounds. The bathroom was very spacious, with a tub and, more important to me, a roomy walk-in shower. All in all, this was a great property.

it is an excellent location as it is right in the centre of Durbuy. The building is well maintained and the apartments are very spacious and very clean. We were made very welcome upon arrival by the lady of the house.

Wonderfull appartment, great value for price.

The location is fantastic, in the middle of the village next to the big rock wall. The appartment is really cozy. The kitchen is very small but we only used it for breakfast and dinner is fantastic around the corner at Sept de Juliette (outside with DJ). The bathroom is huge and comfy.

Nothing. The only thing we missed was a warm blanket to put over us when we sat on the couch in the evening.

The location of the Chateau is perfect: right in the middle of Durbuy but still a quiet getaway. Also the appartement and garden were stunning, it felt luxurious and well taken care off!

No big comments, the kitchenette is very small but we knew this beforehand.

Très belle situation dans Durbuy, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, stationnement dans le domaine très pratique.

La seule chose que je pourrais reprocher est que la salle de bain comporte une baignoire et une douche (pas nécessaire d'avoir les 2) tandis que la kitchenette est très petite -> pas évident pour nous de cuisiner un repas de Noël dans un petit espace. Maintenant, la kitchenette est très bien équipée pour y faire un simple repas, nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipement d'appareils ménagers.
