It was a lovely place to stay
No shade over the swimming pool outside, the indoor one just smelled so strongly of chlorine we couldn’t go

Amazing location and mostly very friendly and helpful staff too.
The hotel is old and if you are used to mod cons, it is like a throwback e.g. no charging sockets near the bed, tired furnishings, toilet flush loose etc
