I always enjoy Delft, I always enjoy the Grand Museum hotel since my first stay in 1999
The room was comfortable, nicely heated, while not being overheated for my winter stay. I have stayed in those ground-floor rooms on the alleyway in the summer and they are cool then but can lack air. Nice bathroom. The location is excellent, it is a big reason I have used the Grand Museum for nearly 26 years.

Terrible—had to find other accommodations at 2AM
Rooms were noisy and dirty. When bringing this up I was shown two replacements which were a 10 mi Ute walk from each other through rain and cold, only to find each worse than the previous option. The hotel almost felt ghostly—like no one had stayed in there for decades.

The Chinese lady who waiters at breakfast was outstanding.Im on crutches and she brought me everything I needed.She is a wee gem😃👍👍👍

Delightful Ould Delft
Location was excellent, right at the edge of the old town. Delicious bakery and all sorts of restaurants within 1-2 blocks walk. Room was dated (old carpet, step down to bathroom and chandelier for light) but clean, comfortable and quiet.
Updates to the flooring, etc would be nice. This felt dated and rustic for the price. Also check out is 11 not 12 (which cost me 15 euros)

It was a wonderful place for a 3 day rest and recovery from jet lag.
Breakfast and dining staff were excellent. Front desk staff, day and evening, were friendly and very helpful. The young male interns carried our bags to the Museum building and back again the following day when we changed rooms. One of the women on the desk showed me 3 different rooms to find one that suited my husband. Another woman made an excellent restaurant recommendation. All called us taxis as we do not have mobile phones.
The king mattress was not deep enough for the frame. When any amount of body weight was put on it, the mattress sank below the wooden frame making it difficult and painful to get up. This is why we changed rooms.

Beautiful interior Reception staff particularly Morrison were exceptional.
The position of electric sockets was difficult due to the age of the property
