Luonto ja sijanti, rauhallinen miljöö.
Terassit olivat likaiset ja epäpuhtaat. Palovaroitin piippasi ensimmäisen yön. Saunasta sai vain miedot löylyt. Jääkaappi oli epäsiisti ja osa ruokailuvälineistä oli likaisia. Alakerran wc täyttyi hitaasti ja piti lorinaa vetäessä. Wcn ovi narisi todella pahasti.
