It was big enough for 4 adults and 2 juniors and in a quiet location close to main routes. The local agents were quick to respond to our emails although we never saw them and keys were picked up and left in the office box. Parking for 2 cars.

The villa is very dated and the advert photo is very old with very little external maintenance. Appreciated that is was Winter during our stay but the property was extremely cold on arrival with just one fan heater left on in the lounge. All bedrooms had small fan heaters which had to be used continually to maintain any degree of comfort. The combination of blankets could be better served by duvets. There was no hot water to the kitchen sink which meant much more use of the dishwasher and small kettle. The combination of this and the heaters must have resulted in a substantial amount of energy use. The hot water boiler for the 2 bathrooms was not good enough to produce showers for 6 people and we had wait for it to reheat. There was a washing machine but only a drying rack and it was extremely difficult to dry anything including towels. There was an open fireplace in the lounge but the basket was unuseable which we found after purchasing firewood. In summary this report is a true reflection of our stay but we expected much more for the substantial cost and would not recommend it without a major overhaul.
