The cottage is ideally located, offering the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience. Whether you want to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway or spend your days exploring Kent's beautiful countryside and coastline, it's an excellent base. The accommodation was superb, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were also delighted to find a thoughtful welcome basket filled with muesli, olives, cheese crackers, and tea—a lovely touch that made our arrival even more special.

This wasn't an issue for us, but it's worth noting that the cottage is on the first floor and accessed by a short flight of stairs, which are quite steep and narrow. While there aren't many steps, they may not be suitable for everyone. The cottage is ideal for stays longer than just a couple of nights—we stayed for four nights and were very comfortable. However, guests planning a longer stay should be aware that there is no washing machine available.

Beautiful managed countryside, working farm with horses in the meadow. Peaceful and very quiet. Woodpecker view is an independent flat, but the family is close by. I loved it

Bring tea bags.. welcome pack is a bit random. A shelf in the shower would be good, nowhere to put the shampoo.

Property was great, location was brilliant, scenic, quiet but within walking distance to quaint pub , close enough to drive to local attractions. There was a fantastic welcome pack on arrival which was very handy and appreciated.
