La casa si trova in una zona residenziale di Budoni molto tranquilla ma vicina alla zona dei negozi, delle strade di uscita dal paese e con una breve passeggiata di circa 15 minuti si arriva alla bellissima baia di Budoni.
La casa è grande e comoda ma l'abbiamo trovata piuttosto trascurata nella pulizia. Inoltre manca un'attenzione generale per le cose e suppellettili che possono servire nell'uso quotidiano considerando che in Sardegna molti ospiti arrivano in aereo dove tutto è controllato e pesato. In conclusione pur non avendo avuto nessun problema particolare abbiamo notato una scarsa attenzione al cliente in generale.
